Course Format

• The course will be held in English.
• Recommended time frame for participation: from 24+0 to 37+0 weeks of pregnancy
• Accompaniment by a person of your choice
• Training of students: Accompaniment by students, who will perform some tasks under my supervision.
• I reserve the right to hold individual lessons of the course online if necessary, e.g. for health reasons (this happens very rarely).
• You have 10 minutes before the class starts and 10 minutes after the class ends to talk to other students, to get to your seat, or to finish the class.
• For privately insured persons: If the waiting list function "auf Warteliste setzen" is the only option available, please send me an email and we may be able to find a way for you to participate in the course.

Costs

• Public health insurance: Costs are covered by the health insurance company
• Accompanying person: 150€, usually reimbursed by the mother's health insurance company
• Privately insured: Find out if your insurance company covers the cost of the course
• Missed lessons are not reimbursed by health insurance, so I urge you to participate online in lessons that you cannot attend in person.
